Mental Resilience

WellbeingSport in association with Mind can deliver a national Mental Resilience programme across your whole work-force.

We can supply your company; it's managers and employees with education; support and interventions to raise awareness surrounding mental illnesses such as stress, depression and anxiety.

Becoming emotionally and physically resilient to the pressures of every day life can enable your employees to sleep better, work harder and generally be more productive. Our mental resilience programmes consist of educational workshops and seminars.

Marcus Trescothick, former England and current Somerset captain, works with WellbeingSport on Mental Resilience programme.
