On-Site Classes

On-site physical activity such as Zumba, Pilates and Yoga can prevent back pain, increase strength and concentration, to maximise the time you spend at work.

For labour-intensive jobs, the regular use of Pilates and Yoga can significantly reduce the risk of injury.
